Went to production today.

My 2024 Rubi X went in to production today. Does anyone have an educated guess as to how long it will take to show up at the dealership?

Dealership is gupton and they get theirs by truck as opposed to rail.

One of mine went into production on the 28th and showed up at the dealer yesterday. My dealer is within truck delivery range. This seems to speed things along considerably.

We ordered 11/07 and it’s somewhere out on the rail right now We got extremely lucky I guess with estimated delivery date 12/11

That's somewhat irrelevant - the strike delayed many builds, and prior to the strike there was no obvious rhyme or reason to what was getting built/delivered when. For example I ordered July 20 and took delivery 27 days later. Many others have waited much longer.

Things seem to be moving relatively quickly now, so if you want it, order it.

Like Tom said, it's really irrelevant. The strike messed everything up and even now that it's over there's no sense in the build order - only that custom orders are moving along much quicker now instead of being at a near complete standstill up until the strike was over. I ordered at the end of July and there were several August, September, and even October orders that were built and shipped before mine. There are still people that ordered in May and June that are waiting. The only two things for sure are the custom orders are the best deal and the longer you wait, the longer it is before you have what you want.

It's not accurate at all. Mine was originally set for 12/28 then it was moved up to 12/23. Now it's TBD and sitting on the lot in Toledo waiting for the shipper to pick it up.
I think Utah orders are more at the mercy of the rail line logistics so I wouldn't even consider guessing as to when you'll get it. Best info you'll get is from your dealer who'll be able to track it as it makes it way east. If you had a pretty simple build it's probably already done - they just haven't updated the tracker yet. 3 - 5 days seems to be pretty common from production to complete and 48 hours for that to show up on the official site.

Our production was 11/22, and we got a delivery date 12/19. After it went into shipped (11/28) the date changed to delivery 12/11. Yesterday, it changed to 12/19. And today it changed back to 12/13… but the dealer called today that it arrived (12/11).

So for us it was spot on. we are in Atlanta area.

The problem is that the dealer never saw it on the train. In his system it still showed Toledo - he told me that many cars simply “show up” and they don’t even know as the system is not very exact as soon as the car gets released to the rail.
