Was this issue ever solved? I’m having the same issue on my 19 JLU sport. Took it to the dealer last month and had the SM take it for a spin. It was too intermittent for him to diagnose, and he chalked it up to “normal” transmission noise. “That’s the sound of the throttle engaging” he said - but if it gets worse come back. I put 285/70/17 Nittos on today and the noise is WAY louder now. Yup, pebbles in a tin can when accelerating.
