I have a 2019 2-door JL with the 3.6 V6 and the automatic trans if it matters. When I have the windows open, especially at low speeds, I hear this weird noise when accelerating. It's fairly quiet but it still bothers me. Anyone know what it could be? It sounds like it's coming right from underneath the truck where the transmission sits. Maybe it's the transmission?

Yes I guess you can call it a click. You can hear it best at 0:07 sec.

hard to hear sounds like engine pinging, in summer I have to run 89 octane to reduce it.

I hear what I would describe as a rattle on mine during the same conditions. I think I will try a higher octane and see if it goes away.

UPDATE: I took my jeep in for the V41 recall and a tire rotation on Wednesday. Since I was there I mentioned this noise and emailed the video to the advisor. They had my jeep for 3 days, which is not a problem because they updated me each day on what was going on, then I get a call one the 3rd day stating that my recall and tire rotation are completed but they could not verify the noise. They asked me if I wanted to come down and drive the Jeep with the tech and see if we can replicate it. Well we heard it and we also heard a clicking noise every time the steering wheel was turned hard. They determined it's the right front hub and bearing. So they placed an order for it and it should be there tomorrow. Hopefully I get my Jeep back than, I miss it! Meanwhile I'm driving a Jeep Compass rental car that the dealer provided me.
