Water pump replacement time?

Hi,

I found a small patch of coolant under the front differential this morning and after some tracing I seem to think it is coming from the area in the circle.

Is this the weep hole of the water pump? Is this an indication that I need to replace the water pump?

It is the indication that you will need to replace the water pump. The water pump will make a clicking noise eventually or at least mine did. It is a relatively easy job.

Clicky that got faster with more RPM? 99k miles so far and all good on my end. Planning on doing it soon however to be on the safer side.

Any pics of the impeller out of curiosity? Are they metal or plastic water pumps?
