Was watching some videos at Evans Creek, never been but from what I saw had me questioning, it will my 33's cut it there? No skids yet.
We've had a stock JLUR and many older stock wranglers traversing the trails with fun.

BUT

What I will say is that there is a high chance of minor vehicle damage, like rashes...scrape on bottom if you are not being careful.

Here is a pic of my first run with stock fenders: Ripped out pins from fenders and a cracked fender light. Since then I've gutted out the fenders and replaced the lights with American Adventure Lab lights/brackets.

Did you take the Naches trail over? I'm about to order bumpers, sliders and winch and looking forward to getting out there again!

I wish I had a better understanding of the names of the trails. We started at 410 and took FS 1708 to FS 1701. We made it a thru trip and ended at Manastash RD

We wheel the Naches area frequently....

FS-1708 is known as Milk Creek and is a gravel road up to the point where it intersects with FS-590, which is easy to miss but you'll know you are there because of the dirt speed bumps... From that point you are technically on 4W686 which climbs up to the spine of the ridge. There are a couple of optional trails to get you to the same place, but they all lead to this general intersection. If you take a left, you're on 4W307 Tripod Flats and eventually on out to Manastash Road, and if you take a right you're on 4W694 Summit Trail. Following 4W694 takes you to the Funny Rocks and eventually on out to FS-1701, generally following that ridge spine. At the inlet to the Funny Rocks, you can instead choose to jump onto 4W644 which also eventually leads down to FS-1701. A short stretch into 4W644 is a turn onto 4W695, which takes you to the Moon Rocks and then, like the others, eventually out to FS-1701. There is also an unmarked connector trail between 4W695 and 4W964 to get between the Moon and Funny Rocks... Once you get to FS-1701, you can head South and get back to Hwy 410, or head North and get to the 3100 road, otherwise know as Manastash Road.

Clear as mud?!

I'm not sure what the blue versus black lines denote on your map, but it generally appears that you took 1708-694-644-1701-3100. If you're ever up in the area again, I might recommend foregoing 644 and instead staying on 694 all the way over to 1701, it's a lot more fun with one killer overlook that gives a nice view of Manastash Lake below:

There are of course a myriad of other trails in the area, but that pretty much sums up where you were :)

This run still a go?
Location was changed to Naches.

I've never been there, but I am looking forward. My buddy and I are meeting at 7:30AM 2 July Starbucks parking lot 10314 S Tacoma Way, Lakewood, WA 98499

If you decide to go let me know where along the route is good and we can meet you.

A few of us went up and ran Fortune Creek up to Gallaher Lake last weekend. Some beautiful country up there:

Toby,
Thanks for sharing that.

Love seeing jeeps/vehicles getting trail time...keep it rolling 🍿😋

Short trail time at Elbe with Kevin @0II392II0 a couple weeks ago.

I should be ready again for the trails in a couple weeks.

Led a group through Naches Pass Trail last weekend. We went from 410 to i90.

Some very technical spots, crazy hill climbs and tight squeeze's through the trees. Overall a fun, yet incredibly dusty day.

Big kudos to the stock Nacho JLU. Her first time on a trail ever! And this was not for the faint of heart!

I was just up at White Pass doing some backpacking to the Urich Cabin. Would love to do this trail sometime.

Moved from the west side to the east side of WA last month (the actual east side 😁) Don't suppose anyone is near Pullman??

A few weekends ago we went and explored Kendall Skyline RD. Super fun area

It was cool to chat with the gentleman living / working the fire watch tower for the summer.

Looks very pretty! Just got our JLUR a week ago, so we haven’t had it in the wild just yet.
