Greetings everyone,

I need some advice on my current recall/warranty/dealer problems.

The post is a bit long but I'd like to add as much detail for @JeepCares

22 Sport 6MT, 18k, stock with hardtop.
The reasons for the dealer trip;
Death wobble
Wet floors/water in cabin
Gear position recall
Clutch related vibration (goes away when clutch is disengaged)
Clutch recall

My original appointment was the 1st week of February, I rescheduled it for 3/5 with the promise of a loaner.
I drop it off and they didn't have a loaner, a PIA but I can make do.
4/3 I stop by for an update, very disheartening.
Still no loaner, approximately 3 weeks on the gear sensor, no set time for the clutch & steering stabilizer (both stock & fox) and no idea on the leak.

I'm starting to get really frustrated & a bit panicked over the time frame.
My nephew and I are registered (hopefully going) for the Drummond Island JJ 6/13.

The latest I have to start canceling is 5/13 before it starts getting very expensive, on top of the ~$1000 it's cost me by not getting a loaner plus 2 months insurance & payments on the Jeep.

I've read 98% of the clutch thread and I'm going to see how they listed the recall request on the work order and go from there.

What sort of warranty problems should I expect pulling the vehicle out unrepaired and can they release it with the recall in process?
I'd even be happy sourcing and purchasing a mopar steering stabilizer for them, it's about the same price as my JJ cancelation fee.

I appreciate you taking the time to read my novel and for any advice.

Experienced death wobble, contacted Jeep Cares (they dont, at all). At 38k miles, just outside of warranty, they were willing to give me $100 toward the SS. But only if I used their OEM - no aftermarket... Only if I use the component they don't have and don't know when will be in.
Same deal with the clutch, its a joke.

Pull it out and have it repaired at an independent shop. I would go with a Centerforce clutch. The death wobble is easy to diagnose and fix. The wet carpet is likely a pinched seal on the hardtop, easy to correct yourself at home.

Check your state lemon laws. Many state lemon laws kick in if out of service for over 30 days.

Hello again!
I appreciate the advice and replies. Here's my current update at 70+ days Jeepless.
@Jeep Cares contacted me quickly and sped things up, one part was bo'ed until October and it arrived last week(most of the wait is back order). They hooked me up with a loaner which ending up being a GC 4xe which I thoroughly enjoyed and it was designed for my commute.
The only issues they addressed were the cabin leak & death wobble; apparently they couldn't replicate my "only vibrates/noisy in neutral and goes when clutch is depressed" concern.
The parts supposedly came in Friday and there is a slim glimmer of hope I may see it again this week.
I'm at the point that I'm speaking with a lawyer about lemon law options and some arbitration advice (employee purchase).
Financial impact:
~$1900 in monthl

Financial impact:
~$1900 in recurring monthly expenses for something I can't use
~$1000 in repairs on 20+ yr old weekend drivers suddenly thrown into dd use
Potential Impact if I miss the Drummond Island Jamboree (in a month)
~$1500 JJ costs

Thanks for reading my update/rant.

Clarification, the $1900 is 70 day cumulative , not monthly. For that I'd be complaining on a Trackhawk or Hellcat forum:LOL:
