Anyone got a decent mounting solution for a Warn Powerplant?

tobyw, I was going to follow your example if I could find a winch plate that would work. (I have a visual problem that makes it so I can’t see what I’m doing when it’s lit.) but then I read your second post where you said the plastic bumper failed and wrapped into the wheels and decided against it. ::eek::

I wouldn't really blame the bumper, instead I would blame the faulty connection between the seat and the steering wheel

The full width of the stock bumper just isn't right for all driving scenarios (or drivers :giggle: ), and that's why stubby bumpers are often chosen instead... I would personally liked to have continued running the full width stock plastic bumper because I think the designers did a great job of making it look good, and I really liked the fact that it weighed almost nothing.
