VIN. Codes?

I was wondering if you can tell from the VIN. code information about your Vehicle I.E. engine size, year of manufacture, etc. and if so what are they.

To a certain extent. You can also look up your build sheet using your VIN on a site like this: https://www.iseecars.com/build-sheet/jeep

You can get your manufacture date on the sticker inside your door frame.

Thanks, I went to the site and it said my vehicle was a Sport and not the Rubicon I have.
Maybe I should change the hood Decals?
That youtube video was really good told me what I needed, don't have to change the Decals.

Yep it's a Rubicon was just messing around. I can't get my smiley faces to work on the page.

Manufacture month/year is printed on the door label, you do not need the VIN decode for that. At least on the 2025 it is stamped right above the GAWR ratings.

It should be fairly accurate. The big picture things (engine, trim, etc.) aren't going to change for JLs.
