Vacuum Pump Location?

Did Jeep change the vacuum pump location? A real turn off to have to move it out of the way, if you want to install most winches Especially if FCA is touting their steel front bumper as 'winch-ready'.

I have no confirmation. But I believe it was Mark Allen who mentioned that it was moved in a video. If not him, someone definitely did.

I will never, ever understand why they put it there. There were literally dozens of places they could've attached it to inside the engine bay that would've been just fine.
