Excellent! One thing that UM does not do well is advertise, and their website pictures are minimal and out of date. Will be great to see a spiffy new version and first-hand input on the forum here. (kinda surprised there aren't more owners on here, really)Hopefully I will have pictures to post soon
Talked to John just a bit ago and our top should be crated up and shipped tomorrow!
Once we get it I will be super happy to post any and all pictures anyone wants to seeExcellent! Good luck with the top! I may have to be jealous.
Congrats! Will for sure be jealous! What color/window setup did you go with?Once we get it I will be super happy to post any and all pictures anyone wants to see
Went with standard white too black bottom and sliding windows on both sidesCongrats! Will for sure be jealous! What color/window setup did you go with?
A second... Kirk, any pics you would be willing to share of unboxing and installation would be really appreciated. I will likely go the crate route as well, so it would be fantastic to know what to expect (and what to warn the folks of where I have it sent!).Just take a crapload of pics in and out of the crate before you install it please. Then a bunch after you get it on.
Yes actually top is like 200 ish might be a bit more, the crate looks like it got dropped off a mountain but Ursa Minor did a great job packing it and the top is in great conditionJeesh, 800lbs, I hope most of that is packing material!
Thanks!Damn... I'm more excited for you and your Jeep than I should be.
I've been anxious to find out how the UM contemporary mechanics are working. All I've had is the couple guys' videos online after they get the things installed - from a few years ago. Nothing new.
Have fun!!!
