Uconnect Update?

I have a Uconnect 5 12.3" touchscreen. About a week or two ago, I was having issues with my uconnect box. After about two days, it seemed to automatically fix itself and has been solid since then.

I was driving home last night and when I parked, I saw a popup for a Uconnect update. I said sure, ok, then proceeded to go inside the house. The jeep was already shut off. Today, just for kicks, I checked the version and it seemed like nothing happened. I'm still at FCA-MY24.U37.23-PROD. When I visit the driveuconnect site and put my VIN in, it says everything is up to date.

Has anybody else seen any updates recently for the 12.3? Do we know what the updates are, other than generic "bug fixes" in the changelog?

that is what mine updated to in August. I have had the notification recently too so thinking just some minor bug fixes

Just happened to me yesterday, I hit the OK and assumed it did the update, but sis not check the version (do not know what was before to compare). Not even sure for the process, since the car was turned off when I got a note to update, I hit OK, for me the screen just went black. No typical PC info "please wait the system is updating" on any other crap, so I am not even sure mine did anything...

Mine did the same exact thing. Turned the jeep off, the screen popped up with the note and the radio wouldn't turn off when I opened the door. Just hit "ok" and everything went black.

My version on the radio didn't change. I'm wondering what it was all about... Glad I'm not the only one this happened to!

Thank you for this. It's weird that yours is popping up with it. I believe I should be running the same version, along with many others, and I believe U37.23 came out sometime in the fall 2025.

In any case, I'll keep my eyes open to see if I get another update box.

Yeah, not sure why it took me so long to get the update. Here's what I had the other day.
