Uconnect Problems

2018 Sahara JLU with 8.4" Prem Audio Group and Nav.
- Randomly jumps station to station - XM to FM to AM, etc.
- displays "Do you want to adjust your clock settings?", but no matter what you press, it pops back up again and beeps incessantly ( https://youtu.be/DFkYVHqW6sw )
- "Favorites" selection poops up on screen repeatedly and beeps every time it pops up ( https://youtu.be/7mg8_gALAME
- Back up camera works sometimes, sometimes not, sometimes back up lines, sometimes not

I didn't see the first three specifically referenced in other threads. If anyone has any experience, particularly with a solution for repair, I'd appreciate the input.

Wasn't doing it at dealer when I was there last weekend and the service tech said they never heard of a similar issue.

My Uconnect just started having the clock issue this morning. I can’t even close out the screen. It seems as if it’s a false touch on the time at the top of the Uconnect that brings up the prompt. Did you ever find a resolution to this issue? Thanks for any help.

I'll ask the obvious... Any screen protectors in place that could be causing the false touch issue?

No screen protector. I’m currently reading up on how to do a hard reset for the system. I might just disconnect the battery for a bit and see it that resolves the issue. Side note it did just get cleaned and detailed so maybe something happened when they were wiping it.
