Uconnect issues

Out of nowhere the music is skipping in all settings (Sirius, Bluetooth, am, FM) and backup camera isn’t working. I have shut it off and put it back on a couple times and problem still there.

I had the skipping issue a couple of weeks ago driving to a kids basketball game. Parked watched the game and it was back to normal on the way home.

For newer JL owners, please make sure all your fuses have been seated properly (pushed in) and you can try the UConnect reset found here: https://www.jlwranglerforums.com/forum/threads/steps-on-how-to-reset-jl-uconnect-4-system.3201/

I believe we have all experienced some sort of UConnect issue since the JL came out, almost all of them are minor and temporary glitches. Good luck!

2020 your problem just start today?

Nah my problems started ever since I took delivery of my Jeep in 2018.

I’m appalled they haven’t figured out how to resolve the issue circa 2020.
