ok, so compared to some people’s problems, this is minor. Still sucks. So, my Jeep is less than a month old. I have the 8.4 radio. Everything was great the first week. I could start Jeep with my phone, see it’s location and everything. Then, all that stops. Can’t do any remote functions with my phone or with Mopar.com. I’m running the correct Uconnect app. If I push SOS or Assist, they can see my location, but not what I’m driving. They need that for authorities if I’m in an accident. I reorganize my apps from most least important and 70% of the time, they go back to there original spot when I restart the Jeep. Local dealer call Technical Assistance and that got me nothing. Funny thing is, the weather app works and so does Nav. It knows where I am. Also, the app will update location, sometimes, when I open it, but not if I try to update location. It also gives me the health update and other things. So the Jeep is taking to the system, but only doing certain things. I really love the Jeep, but I want my stuff to work correctly. Also, sometimes the off-road pages and assist and owners manual don’t show up on the screen. I’ve contacted @JeepCares. Hopefully this gets resolved soon. I did do the reset, per Guardians instructions. Didn’t help at all. Any ideas?

Hey John, did you get this problem resolved? My Assist and SOS functions haven't worked at all since I bought my JLU Sahara in May. I took it back to the dealer after Guardian Uconnect Services said it was a problem with the radio. The dealership service advisor basically kept my jeep for the entire day, saying he was waiting on somebody's authorization to remove the radio. When I went back at the end of the day, they hadn't accomplished anything so I just took it back home. I hate the thought of going back and getting the run around again on an issue that they know about but don't want to fix. Is this some gremlin that I have to live with or is there a solution that the dealer can provide if I take my car back?
