My nav stopped working in my 2018 JLU Rubicon. Apparently, I'm good to go as long as I'm in Surrette County (I don't know where that is... :)). The dealer stated that I will need a new complete radio unit to the tune of $1000 installed! Also, the paint on my passengers side rear door is bubbling AGAIN! This is the second time this has happened. My dealer does not have an in house body shop so FCA will not reimburse them for the work. I now have to find another Jeep dealer with an in house body shop to fix this issue. Super frustrated. Maybe it's time to look at Bronco's or Landcruisers! I was thinking of buying my wife a Gladiator but the post sale service has been expensive and the quality marginal. Dear FCA, this is how you lose future sales.

I have a 2020 JL rubicon. Discovered paint issues on the lower portion of the passenger door a couple weeks ago. Just saw the same issues on the driver door as well. When I brought the jeep into the dealer a couple weeks ago for the passenger door he said no promises but it could be weeks for the body shop to fix it once they have the vehicle. He said no loaner would be available.
Seems crazy that this should happen. The jeep is only 2 years old and is garaged and well maintained. Time to trade . This is my 7th jeep and have never been treated this poorly.
