I bought my 2019 rubicon as a custom order and took possession right at the end of March that year. Have had paint bubbles since 2021 but had heard that the warranty was only for rust through penetrations. Read about jeep fixing bubbles so I took my jeep to the original dealer in May this year. They took a bunch of pictures and then I heard nothing. After calling back several times I was told the can't help me. Nothing! What a frustration. I don't want to give up on my jeep but I don't want to drive a vehicle that looks like I don't care either. Anyone have any ideas?

If I understand right you have owned this Jeep for over 5 years before taking to the dealer to make a warranty claim for a paint problem. That being the case I do not believe you will get any type of resolution at that or any other dealer. My suggestion, take it to a reputable body shop and pay out of pocket if it bothers you that much.

Wow, you really waited a long time to address this issue. Too bad you were a couple of months past the warranty. I see you have been a member here since 2019. You should have been reading up on this issue sooner, because fixing this out of pocket can be quite costly.

I hate to say it but I think your SOL, you waited way to long.

About the only thing you can do is beg Jeep Cares to see if they will help or to get yourself a lawyer but that's not going to be cheap and might have limited benefits based on the time.

In today's world and considering Jeeps inability to build a quality vehicle It's always in the best interest of a Jeep owner to have a dealership fully document any inconsistency that you have with your Jeep immediately. You should do this immediately upon discovery and get copies of the documentation for your own records.

At least this way you have a fighting chance.
