UConnect 7 inch compatibility

Hi y’all. I’m looking to upgrade my radio from the 5 inch to something a bit better. I can find a lot of 7” radios for sale online for ~$300 but they’re from other FCA vehicles, like from a Cherokee or a charger. Has anyone ever tried installing something like that?
