Uconnect 3 with 5" Screen Slow Startup

I have a 2019 JLU Sport S with the Uconnect 3 Radio with 5" screen. Since new It has been slow to startup it usually takes 5+ seconds before the screen shows anything or any of the buttons respond to input. Is this normal or do I have a problem that requires a trip to the dealer?

My 2018 does the same. I've learned to turn down the volume before shutting down -- if you turn it off at high volume, it will come on at high volume and you won't be able to turn it down for that same 5+ seconds.
