UCA alignment

Just got finished installing the MetalCloak front UCAs. The factory pieces have a 15 degree curve and the forks/joints are constructed to account for the slight offset of the factory mounts. The MC UCAs are straight as an arrow. They bolted up just fine but I was left wondering why MC didn't shape them like the stock units. I'm guessing this is a non-issue since other mfg's are doing the same thing. .

could be for strength. Although you way want to check if your tires rub.
