Is there a way to have the Jeep "on" enough to listen to music and turn off all the lights?

The only thing ruining this view is that the dash lights are so bright I can see my ugly face in the mirror.

Thanks! But damn the man. I will check to see if Jscan has that option since I already have that. I was hoping there was a factory option. I didn't think it was likely but these things have all kinds of stupid behaviors.

Current solution of using a rag is a few bucks cheaper but it's still bright

Try using your interior light control to the left of your steering wheel. I believe it should drastically dim your Driver Information Console. At least I can on my 25 JLU.

The dimmer switch doesn’t work when you‘re in the mode OP is (light dial all the way counter clockwise).

Turn the parking lights on only. They're not bright enough to affect a sunset/dusk view outside the vehicle, and then run the dimmer switch all the way down to dim the dash.

To the left of the steering wheel there's 2 wheels. One of them dims the cluster to almost black

increase your power off delay to max, then need to turn on /off every 10 minutes or so?

There has to be a way yours will dim. I believe it is a requirement because full bright will drastically reduce nighttime vision.

Every vehicle I’ve ever owned has been able to dim to almost off.
