I had my 2020 in for service today and asked about this. They said my software is all up to date. The tech's opinion was that it's a software issue. No fix. Just reporting in.

I wonder if disconnecting both batteries for a 30 min may help with this. May try it and see what happens. My biggest issue is that timer seems to always reset to something like 13 min. As the Customer Care Team, we are not mechanically trained and therefore we rely on the diagnosis of the dealer. We can certainly have a case escalated for additional support while you are in service.I am having this same issue with my ā20 Rubicon Recon I purchased less than a month ago.
@JeepCares, how about rather than telling us how sorry you are to hear about it and how much you care, you could try researching a solution and posting it here to actually help the Jeep owners community.
Thatās nice, but this thread is more than 8 months old and there are others describing this same problem that are older.
