I ran KO2s and they did fine in winter.
However, the 3 peak thing is a bit of a marketing thing. For a tire to earn that rating all it needs to do is have 10% better traction in snow that non 3 peak tire. That really isn't that much of an improvement.
So you can have a huge range in how...
It's not illegal. Jeep puts those flares on there to make it legal everywhere, same with that new Raptor bronco, those gaudy flares on them are there to cover those huge 37s that come on them stock. So either the mechanic hasn't got the story right or unfortunately cops have made a mistake...
Strip away that nose and that's not a bad price in today's market with such low miles. 44 is asking, I'm sure they would let it go for less.
For our US friends this is about $35k USD and the thing has 20k miles on it. Pretty sure that's about average price for a 17 JK with that mileage?
As long as you're aware there are no side impact airbags back there. That may give pause to a lot of people.
That being said I have my 3 kids in the back of the jeep with and without doors a lot. We do however have another more mainstream vehicle as well as the main family unit. Jeep does...
I got the cheap "adventure" mirrors from doubletake site, and then just some ram arms and a couple bolts locally, it's cheap and it's worked well for 3 summers now. I would suggest a 6" ram arm or what they call long one. I have the mid one and it's a bit too short on the passenger side.
I drove both, felt like the turbo was more powerful, I also live at altitude,
At the time I ordered the turbo had a much bigger incentive and it had ETorque which I found way smoother than the 3.6 for the stop/start system.
2 years later and many offroad trips, mine hasn't skipped a beat...
Once you have AC in your house you will never go back. Never goes above 20C (68F) upstairs now while we sleep. Well worth it as summers seem to keep getting hotter.
For the Palm Spring guys, having over 100F for us Canadians is like when it snows 2" in Texas or southern states and everything...
This won't be an issue for 8 years or 80,000 miles. Fact they put such a long warranty on it makes me thing they shouldn't be troublesome. I've seen some issues on this site with the system, but it seems the small battery is more troublesome at this time. The smooth stop start compared to the...
This is my leased Wrangler. To me leasing and financing is the same thing. Leasing just has a few more options and in case of damage to it, I don't own a vehicle with a claim. I would never tie up money in a depreciating asset. As someone else said put it in the investments and "rent" a...
I was around 11.8V for a while and my start stop wouldn't work anymore because of it. Not sure how it kept starting when it was that low but it did. Got the Noco hooked up for a few hours and it's back to 12.5 or above now. Start stop works great. Same thing as you. I stopped driving to...
I have a 2019 Sahara
2.0T
selectrac
leather
cold pack
basically loaded minus safety sensing stuff.
9,000 miles
I got it new for around $40,000 USD because I'm in Canada and our $ is crap. I wonder how I could cash in on this spike in used values in USA and our poor $. The issue is getting it...
Awesome thanks. I'm hoping to make it out to that same lake this summer. You think it would be easier going from the south side or the north side once it's all dried up. I'm 2" level on 33s.
