Jeeps in the shop.
Terrible vibration in 4A and 4H.
Diagnosed with transfer case binding.
I have a 3" coil lift.
I was Given explanation that it is secondary to driveshaft angle of 10 degrees rather than expected 3 degrees.

Any known Solutions?

-I see transfer case drop kits for prior models but not our JL.

-New longer driveshaft?

Thanks!

Maybe this is why MetalCloak nearly forces a new drive shaft on anyone buying their 3" lift?
Yea. I'm reading their website. No doubt valuable.
Longer driveshaft I assume (not just beefier)? Is that the only change? Thats all that is needed to correct the angle?

How do you fit a longer drive shaft if the distance between the t-case and differential doesn't increase?

If you lift, the distance does increase.

My understanding is yes, when a big lift hits full droop.

Oh, I read OPs post as the issue is at ride height. Not full droop.
