I just discovered this today, super disappointed!!
I used the adventure guides and integrated Trails Offroad when I was in Moab in March and worked great. It had some quirky bugs that were a bit annoying but I figured they would be easy to fix. It was very convenient to have the trail map along side the pitch and roll guages on screen.
I am generally not a fan of paying for subscriptions just to use features built into the vehicle that I bought and paid for. But for features like this I fully understand there are ongoing costs to maintain/update/improve. Adventure Guides with integrated Trails Offroad was one subscription that I would have happily paid for as long as I own my Jeep.
The follow me mode using Android Auto works OK, but I've never figured out how to get the waypoint descriptions to show up onscreen. Maybe they've added this since the last time I used it. I guess I'll find out today.
