Tire looks promising, Toyo RT Pro due to be released in April. Several improvements over the trail version. However, only in E rated. Have no clue why Toyo caters to the HD crowd. The truth is E rated tires are meant to be run at higher pressures and haul. A C and D rated tire would ride far better in our Wranglers. OK, stronger side wall, and rougher riding. The large majority of us are served very well with C rated and even better with D rated.

I am a huge Toyo fan and I really want to grab a set but will likely avoid it because of the E rating.

I’m currently running RT Trails in D load and really like them. I saw an article on the Pros and also heard the Trails will change a little too but not sure.

You have D in which Size, Even Toyos website does not show any size having a Load rating of D

We had Toyo ATII's on our first Wrangler and they were E rated. Our current rig has C rated KO2's and although I don't like everything about the KO2's I do notice differences in rain and snow that seem to favor the C rating or maybe just the tire in general.

Then there is the ride comfort level.
Our Toyos were quite heavy for 35" tires. They were on par with some of the heavier Nittos. The Toyos road pretty hard.

Beyond that I liked them (Toyos) because they didn't collect and fling rocks plus I think they wore better.

I'll be curious to see what people think of the new Toyos as I'm already thinking ahead for replacements.

Had 2 sets of ATIII on my previous JLU in C rating and loved them. Now have BFG KO2 on my 392 and do not like them as much. Would love a Hybrid tire in C rating.

That's good to know.
I am interested in the KO3's, the new Toyos and the Falkens.

We never had the rock damage from the Toyo ATII's like we do with the BFGs.
I've redone the rear hinges once and now have the 3M film over them, but our rear fenders (flat black) are pitted out a bit.

I don't mind some nicks here and there as it is a Jeep, but even with the little fender extensions these KO2's seem to cause more pebble damage than I care to deal with on a regular basis.

With 2 sets of the ATIII in 35x11.5, I never had issues with rocks. The KO2s are trash and throw them all over the place. A friend has KO3 in 33" on a Ranger Raptor and he loves them, no rock damage on his new vehicle.

The RT sits in between AT and MT, and now they have a RT pro that sits between RT and MT. Whats next? A "MT Amateur" that sits between RT Pro and MT? Or "AT pro" that sits between AT and RT?

Jokes aside, I really like the look of this new tire.

I thought that at first, but the press release says this is a replacement for the RT. So it's the A/T, the R/T Trail, the R/T Pro, and the M/T.

All these naming convention is getting out of control but I guess they believe there is a market for all the open country lines. 🤷‍♂️

Or 37’s, E load only. I am very pleased with the 35/12.50/C’s at only 59 lbs. and will consider 37’s next time IF lighter C’s by then. Only BFG KO2’s have 37/C’s I’m aware of . 🙁

I am comfortable running a D in a 37 with so much sidewall but seriously, E rated tires are for 3/4 trucks hauling stuff. I know a lot of construction workers run these Hybrid tires but id bet far more in the offroad community would and do.
