Thanks for responding. How are you liking the AT3s especially off-road in rock conditions? I’m not sure if the sidewalls will hold up the same.I considered them but went with the AT3 instead, same price but the RT are heavier and I couldn’t see the benefit.
I have them in 37/1250/17 and so far been off roading in the in the high sierras trails like the rubicon and everything in between. I have mixed feelings. I Had a tire pull and swapped it to passenger side and that fixed it. Last trip off road came back and felt like they are way out of balance. Drove it a couple days ago after sitting for about a week and they seem a lot louder and need balancing again. I think this tire is very susceptible to tire pressure when it comes to noise? It seems the lower the pressure the louder it gets, I just keep the radio up around 12 to 15 and all is good. Off road in the rocks and some snow they seem pretty good, no complaints. They do seem to pack up pretty good in the mud but I have yet to try them out in anything serious.I’m seriously considering switching from the stock KO2s soon (39k miles) on my 21 JLURED to these new Toyo RT Trail tires in 315/70/17 size. Little heavier and D Load rated. Has anyone tried these tires yet? Curious about other experiences.
What are your thought on 37x12.5R17 Toyo RT Trail after running them for a while longer?I have them in 37/1250/17 and so far been off roading in the in the high sierras trails like the rubicon and everything in between.
