I'm using 4 200W Renogy panels feeding a Litime inverter/charger with 2 12V 300Ah Eco-Worthy batteries wired in series. I also have 4 100W folding panels from Harbor Freight that I can deploy if needed.

I can run the AC indefinitely at 78 degrees without plugging in to shore power. Or indefinitely at 68 degrees with the additional panels deployed.

Here's a few pics from the build.

Very nice setup! If the deal I’m looking at goes sideways tomorrow I may attempt something similar.

Looking to build a thread on towing. Whether its campers, utility trailers, or boats, I'd like to try and create a comprehensive spot where you post a picture of your Jeep and whatever you're towing and give a brief description of your set up, ie:
- Engine/transmission combo.
- Hitch used
- Brake controller
- Remote or wired camera systems
- Weight of your trailer
- How well it tows said trailer
- How far you have gone
- Issues or things you would have done differently
- Additionally, if your Jeep is the tow vehicle, please respond with your set up as well
- Anything else you want to add.

I'd like to keep the conversations civil, so if someone posts that they are towing over the limit, please refrain from berating them or causing this thread to go into the toilet. We can learn from every example of what others are doing with their Jeeps, and while I would never tow beyond my wranglers limit, I am sure I can glean some good info for others that have.
I too checked the over 5000 box, so certainly well over my tow rating. I'm not recommending anyone do this, but am posting just so you know what is possible!

- Engine/transmission combo: 2L 4Xe with 8 speed auto
- Hitch used: 2" Vevor load leveler/anti sway from Home Depot
- Brake controller: none used
- Remote or wired camera systems: Just what Rubicon X came with front and back
- Weight of your trailer: Guesstimating 6000-6500lbs (2000lbs 16ft flatbed carrying tractor and implements)
- How well it tows said trailer: Towed just fine but kept speed at 40mph max.
- How far you have gone: 12 miles round trip
- Issues or things you would have done differently: In this limited case, nothing
- Additionally, if your Jeep is the tow vehicle, please respond with your set up as well: All stock 2024 Rubicon 4Xe with tow rating of 3500lbs and stock 2" receiver. Once or twice a year I need to do weed abatement on a property located on a dead end road. Towing with the 4Xe makes it easy to use the dirt field to make a U turn with trailer, whereas my usual tow vehicle with proper tow rating for this load is a 2WD van, which may or may not get stuck in the field, so Wrangler it will be in the future!

- Anything else you want to add: The above is a very limited towing job, and I'm presently putting together one of Harbor Freight's new 5'X10' 2700lb rated flatbed trailer kits to haul camping equipment and toys behind the Jeep. It can easily be shortened a couple of feet to provide a much steeper breakover angle if interested in overlanding, and should be great to carry a slide on/slide off Square Drop camper box similar to what this guy has built:
