First time Jeeper and all the threads on tire size, spacers, lifts, etc is a bit overwhelming for someone used to just taking their vehicle to a tire store and telling them to replace all four tires. ?

I picked up two nails in a single tire, too close to the edge, so it’ll need to be replaced. I’m thinking this may be a good time to upgrade to a more aggressive looking tire from the stock Bridgestone’s that came with my Sahara 4xe. I’d like a more aggressive looking all-terrain tire. Not interested in changing the stock 20” wheels or doing a lift.

Any recommendations for brand and size? Wouldn’t mind going a little bigger as long as I can still put the spare on the swing gate door without needing the reinforcement kit. Thanks!

You could go with the stock size(275/55R20)- it looks like there are a few aggressive A/Ts in that size:
- BFG T/A KO2(Note this is a “D” rated tire so it will have a stiffer sidewall and be heavier)
- General Grabber A/TX
- Toyo Open Country A/T III
- or for a good A/T Tire that isn’t quite as aggressive looking you could go with Cooper AT3s

I swapped from BFG KO2 to the Toyo AT III. I’m happy with the switch, good on the rain, snow rated, quiet, etc. Most happy that they don’t throw rocks like the KO2. The KO2 does have a slightly more aggressive look though.
