Ticking noise when the engine is cold

When I start the engine in the morning the engine makes a ticking noise for a few minutes till it is warms up. I asked the jeep mechanic and he thinks it are the lifters that aren’t lubricated because it is cold. For the moment I have around 65k kms since I bought it in 2021.
Any idea what it could be?

It seems to be normal. Most people who live where it gets cold report the same.
