they are metrics, so can be anywhere between M12 and M18.

Doesn't the LOD rock rails use the hole? I bet their website will lead you to an answer.

Confirmed M12-1.5. The length provided by Metalcloak for their skids is 45mm but uses a thick conical washer. 40-45mm length should get you in the ballpark depending on what you’re using it for.

I would think those are likely there for the assembly line moving the frame/jeep around.
