Bolt hole pattern for rear tire bracket?

I have a DIY rack project in mind. Does anyone have the "official" measurements shown in the attached image? If you do, will you please share?

Since I am still in the planning stage, I am not ready to do the obvious thing and remove my tire bracket to make the measurments, so I thought I would try the long shot and ask here in case some one had the info handy..

I think I will order a cheap tire delete cover plate and use it for measurements.
