What size is the door check bolt? Dropped mine and believe it or not it will go in this tiny dang hole that goes to nowhere it's like a black hole... Temporary fix while soft top is on used the hardtop bolt and it works. Carpet is out, and yes I know it's dirty lol

Isn't that the drain hole with the plug removed? The bolt probably fell to the ground (the Black Hole Of Calcutta). Dealership should have one or order one, or take one of the others bring it to the hardware and try some nuts on it. It is probably metric.

No I wish it was that hole. It is part of the body it is a hollow "tube" kinda that is sealed up it looks like it is to make the body more rigid.

Had a magnet on a stick last night but kept getting stuck going by automotive store this afternoon to try just that was gonna get the bolt as well just in case.. obviously for me it's a good idea to have a spare laying around.

Here's a thought... get a magner with a hole in the center, they are about an inch in diameter. Get about 3 feet of 14 gauge wire and secure it to the magnet, then go fishing for it... just a thought ..good luck.
