Yeah, I noticed the Freedom panel leaning against the concrete barrier. Wonder how big the driver had to be that they needed to climb out OVER the top vs just going out a window. I mean at this point, may as well just dig a hole and bury it so why not walk all over the top and hood, first.

I'm thinking didn't want to climb into traffic (although smart decisions don't seem to be this driver's thing) or the panel popped off while the Jeep was getting squeezed
