D1 status is one of the factory designation codes (and there are many) given when you order a vehicle. I believe D1 is when you get a Vin assigned and firm schedule of it being built.

With the exception of this picture where the lead Jeep looks like it has the upgraded Mopar swing gate reinforcement, it doesn't appear that there is a cut out for a AEV type tire carrier in the rear bumpers of any of the Wranglers we have seen that have at least the front steel bumper. But, in some of the pics, it looks like the rear bumper is unknown. I can't 100% say its steel.

I'm pretty sure the front one is a AEV JK

I won a Jeep Social Media contest once and they sent me the Jeep branded thermos, blanket, messenger bag, pocket tool, and USB phone charging hub. I still have all of it except for the Pocket Tool as like an idiot I forgot it was in my pocket and had to throw it away going through TSA security (still bitter about it).

My theory on this is the Rubicon will have the swing gate reinforcement as standard since the vehicle comes with 33’s out the gate.

I think it’ll be able to carry the slight added weight of 35’s without a problem since It won’t need a lift to accomdate 35’s (I know not related) but that’s what makes me think they’ve built that idea in to their swing gate capacity on the Rubicon.

Curious too but that 3rd brake light. It looks like a beast and unlikely adjustable for 35s.As for gate hinges, I would be surprised if it cant handle the additional weight of 35s. 37s on the other hand highly unlikely.

Dash colors & Paint colors

-Initial dash offerings are gray/silver and red, right? ... to complement the black, red, white, silver, and granite paint?
I saw a red JLU still with camo in a parking lot today. The red dash on the inside looked really good with the red exterior that was partially showing.

-Might other dash colors be available to complement the colors coming out in Feb and later this spring? Anyone know?
I'm picturing a 'brushed' green dash in a green JLU. (My wife hates the green, but I'm diggin' it.)
