Teraflex Systems

Hi All. I am looking for help in understanding the difference between Teraflex vs MetalCloak, RK etc. The Teraflex systems are comparable from a cost prospective with shocks but don't include control arms etc. Are they just using brackets to relocate stock components for the most part or am I off here?
