Are the valve stems and deflators included with the wheels?

EDIT: I just found the valve stems and deflators sold separately.

I purchased the Split Nomads and they came with the deflators and the cap for the valve stems but not the actual stems. Got those, tires and all new TPMS sensors at Discount/Americas tire.
