Hi there,
So as per the title of this post, I have an issue with techauthority on which I'd need the help of a kind soul. I placed an order for "2018 Jeep Wrangler (JL) Wiring Information USBe" and paid by CC. The order went through and my card was charged immediately.
A month went by without news or the item reaching my address (I live in France by the way....).
I logged into my Techauthority account and noticed my order was marked "Cancelled". So I sent several emails without any reply, and tried to find a direct line to call'em up but found nothing.... I have no USB and no money as I was not refunded.
Do any of you know of a direct phone number I can use to call them up and try to clarify this? Do any of you have had similar issues and, if yes, did you solve them and how.....?
With taxes and shipping it's close to 200USD so...... I'd like to hav'em back if I cannot get my USB.
