Can anyone help with this part number identification please?

Hubby (bless his cotton socks) broke both the front driver’s side and passenger side part in the photo whilst installing Rock Slide steps and my Nexar camera. He is very upset with himself but wondered if anyone could help with identifying what this is called so i can assist him in finding replacement parts. Thank you for any help you can give me.

Sorry guys, tried to delete the post as hubby called for help with our local Jeep dealer… parts are ordered and paid for by him with his utmost apologies but on back order. This was the part I was seeking help with. Thanks everyone!
