TCM relearn - JSCAN?

Just confirming if I did it right in the first place a while back. Clicked the last option and hit go. Do we have to also do long and short quick learn?

Reason I ask is it’s hunting for 8th gear as often as it can. For example.

Cruising at 50mph in 8th, decelerate quick enough that the trans kicks down into 7th, the moment I let off the brakes, it went right back into 8th only to start downshifting into 7th as I coasted again to the light.

this is one im interested in to. Just started using Jscan to make changes and also wanted to do the relearn. Still unclear as to which one to use.
