TCM not communicating with PCM

i have not fixed the jeep. iv been dealing with more important issues. the jeep is at the dealer right now. i did replace tranny with a used one $2500.00, but still no start. the technician ask me to get him a power Distribution Center, fuse box. i got it on ebay used, it should be here by next weekend. he cant communicate with the pcm. the technician is doing it for me as side work. so no high dealer cost for now. God is good. i will keep you posted when i get more info. thanks for you interests.

Believe it or not the TCM is inside the transmission!

Depending on the year I guess but I have 2022 JLU and everything I have seen is the TCM is under the dash behind the steering wheel. Am I incorrect?

Was it elsewhere on prior years of the JL? Previous comments suggested it was inside the trans.
