Well lets see how it plays out as I could be wrong. So maybe the ones that have bought a used one will let us know how it works. As I am pretty sure that when you unmarry it from your Jeep, what you are doing is putting your Jeeps original programing back into the Jeep.

As mentioned before, I have done exactly this. Unmarried from my old Jeep. Which, yes, put it back to factory settings. Then married it to my new Jeep.

Which is the same as using an unmarried used one. It works fine, and doesnt require anything done on Z Automotive's part.

Maybe you should just keep your trap shut because even what you showed proves you wrong. The tazer was unmarried from the Jeep before I traded it in

All, received the Tazer last night, installed and married. Already changed settings and works perfectly. Data point confirmed. Must be unmarried from last Jeep.
