Tazer made Sirius disappear

So I bought a tazer and installed it correctly turned on my jeep and it made my SiriusXM button disappear as well as my voice prompts screen go blank. Is there anyway to restore this? I’m returning my tazer for a new one because it’s believed to be faulty.

Update: Had a bum unit. Z Automotive replaced it. Everything is working as it should
