I just got my 2021 jeep wrangler willy's sport version and realized i overlooked the sirius xm subscription. ( i was too excited about the wheels and tires.. LOL) and i dont remember that being an option for my 2018. i didnt even realize i could get it until my dealer told me i had trial. anyway.. Does anyone know how i can get SXM on my radio for the 2021. do i need an adapter? or is there a way to unlock something in the software that i can make the radio SXM capable.

Your salesperson should have set it up for you when you picked up your Jeep. I got my 2018 and 2021 from two different dealerships and both times they set it up for me.

Hi Deanne, I recently renewed mine after the 1 year free term was up. I'd start at the dealership & you can always call SiriusXM directly at: 1–844–796-4827. See if you qualify for the free year - you should & it includes the XM Guardian feature (roadside assistance, automatic SOS & vehicle tracking).

FYI, after free subscription is over it's about $30/month.
