2019 JLU Rubicon with LED lights. I backed into something and broke the cover on my right tail light. All the lights still work, only the red center plastic cover broke. Is it possible to replace just the center cover of the LED tail lights? Not seeing anything online that looks hopeful...

There is no way to replace the broken red lenses. You will need to buy a new tail light.

Do look to forum classfieds, eBAY, FB Marketplace, etc. for pull offs that guys/gals are trying to sell.
Also, you could go with an aftermarket tail light offering.
