Yes and No, some will require you to cut the bracket on the passenger side of your axle, some wont. At the end of the day, all of them provide the ability to disconnect your sway bar.

I like RK's but advertised as applicable to 2.5" plus lifts. I have a 2"Mopar lift on my Sport.

The Mopar 2" is well documented as being closer to 3", our disco's will work great with that kit.

We just got the RK disconnects for our sport with the Mopar lift. And it looks like we’ve got to cut that tab on the passenger side. The main reason we chose this sway bar disconnect was so we wouldn’t have to cut it. Super frustrating! Just an FYI for anyone searching for this info like I was.

We just got the RK disconnects for our sport with the Mopar lift. And it looks like we’ve got to cut that tab on the passenger side. The main reason we chose this sway bar disconnect was so we wouldn’t have to cut it. Super frustrating! Just an FYI for anyone searching for this info like I was.

Don't cut ANYTHING!!! Call our tech support at 518-270-9822 there is no need to cut anything on our JK discos.

Thanks. We called and used the extension to connect it. Kind of an odd way to do it. Wish that had been in the instructions.

I’m probably going this route (wrench)... I have a prorock and that passenger tab is really thick to have to cut off. I was thinking JKS since I loved them on my TJ, and wondered about using a bolt to hold the lower passenger disco in place.

At RK we have completed the install of every aftermarket 44 front housing and are now working on the 60 front housings. Believe it of not, each one is unique with regards to sway bar link mounting. We have a solution we are working that would work and is Universal to all axle housings tested to date that is being tooled up as we speak to solve this very problem! Please be patient.
