My Rubi decided to switch to full time sway bar disconnect. This happen to anyone else? Anyone know if this is covered under warranty?

As long as you're still in the 3 year 36k millage zone, it should be covered.

Even with the sway bar disconnected, ultimate flex is still limited by the sway link. It will only misalign so much, before binding or popping like yours. A direct replacement will inevitably do the same. You might think about an upgrade that won't hamper flex, like the Rock Krawler no limits links.

So after taking it into the shop they come back and tell me they have to order a new stabilizer bar. I looked underneath and couldn't see anything wrong with either of them. Not sure if these photos will help
