I had my window sticker yesterday and Jeep chat says its approved to ship, just waiting on truck arrangements from dealer. 4/19 order date. So yours should be done soon as well.
ETA at dealer is 5/2-5/6

Thanks, StarBrite....I got the build sheet email on Thursday. I saw your Reddit post...hoping for some news this morning! For both of us!

My dealer sent me an email this morning saying it shipped. When I checked with jeep Chat, they said KZ. Which to me makes me feel MUCH better than I....

Drillionaire is the plant manager for the repair process. Comment in that thread with your VIN and he can likely tell you the issue that needs to be rectified.

Warc 1, Thanks for the link to Drillionaire. I’ve exhausted all other sources for info from dealer, to Jeep Cares-Jeep Help-Jeep Chat- Jeep Hates Us. Now you need a case manager and reference #? How does one obtain this? Ordered Granite Crystal Rubicon 12/13/17, 3 plus months in D status, D1 since 4/16/18. Ship date hypothetically 05/05. Maybe this will be the build date ? The Rubicon just exists as a Vin#..........

As best I can tell, Estimated Ship Date means the projected day that the build is shipped out of the factory. It's not the date that a shipper begins the delivery process. Instead, there are three status categories before your vehicle is ready for transport:

1. "I" status, meaning your build failed inspection and requires repairs. Vehicle goes into a holding yard until they can get you into the repair garage.
2. "JB" status, meaning you've been sent to an offsite facility to install trim parts - usually headliners.
3. "KZ" status - the one you ultimately want meaning the vehicle is being passed off to the shipping contractor.

I can use my build as an example. My Estimated Ship Date was April 28 and was assigned on April 9, which is the day I went from "D" to "D1". I became aware of it through a POC printout that I got from my dealer. The ship date was a bit off since I only passed the gateline, starting the build process, on April 30. The build was completed early this morning and I passed inspection and was handed off to the shipper this afternoon to move into "KZ". So my actual ship date was May 2 - four days off.

If you've gotten a gateline date from Drillionaire, use that. He was exactly right on mine when he gave it to me a week out. He is by far the most reliable source for build scheduling and status information of anyone at FCA. Note that he can only provide information once you've reached "D1" so there's no point contacting him if you are still in "D". In the same manner, once you reach "KZ", he can no longer help you since he has no access to shipping data.
