Stuck in "I"...

I've been in "I" status for over a week. I know some are far worse off than I am, but anyone know the average time for "I"? Tracking on another site...I'm seeing people go from "I to "KZ" is a day or two.

When I was stuck in "I", it took three weeks until they failed my inspection. I tracked most other buyers on the spreadsheet, from my observation, it only took 1-3 days to pass through "I" on average. For whatever reason, they have to wait 21 days before they do something about looking into your status. They failed mine and had to start all over.

According to the Reddit thread set up by a JL factory manager, "I" means a quality issue has been found that needs repair. Most are simple, like a snapped bolt that needs to be replaced. However, there are 2500 vehicles waiting to get into the repair shop. They prioritize the quick fixes to get them on their way. Being there for a length of time is probably not a good sign, but one week is likely not an issue.

Drillionaire is the plant manager for the repair process. Comment in that thread with your VIN and he can likely tell you the issue that needs to be rectified.

@k9chita Go to the Reddit link a couple of posts up and post your vin there and ask for an update. Drillionaire usually replies within 24 hours and can possibly tell you what the problem with your Jeep is and where it is in line to be fixed. Good luck!

I had my window sticker yesterday and Jeep chat says its approved to ship, just waiting on truck arrangements from dealer. 4/19 order date. So yours should be done soon as well.
ETA at dealer is 5/2-5/6
