Stressed about my battery

Hi guys I have a 2020 jeep wrangler jl Sahara unlimited 4dr 2.0t with etorque.my battery was always at 14.8v.Until my wife forgot to turn off the lite bar and drained the battery.we were able to boost it and it started right up.this was a few weeks ago.today I decided to check the display to see if it's reading and charging at 14.8v but when I checked it was reading 13.5v-13.7v.drove on the highway and it would go back and forth between that.can someone explain to me why it's not at 14.8v anymore?and could there be something else wrong in the system?should I replace the battery? Help I'm on my 4th beer trying to figure it out lol
