"Stored Code" - during a dealer inspection a stored code was found but no operational problem with related code. What gives?

I agree with @JustDucky. If you have or know someone who has a code reader, they may be able to clear the code in just a few quick minutes. Then go what you need to do for the warranty.

This code appeared when I unplugged my tail lights to plug in a tee extension for my added reverse lights. The blind spot sensor is in the tail light module, unplugging that will cause the code to appear.

Like others have said, unless you have an issue with something not working just clear the code.

On a side note, your door security bolts are probably stored under the rear compartment cover, in the holes designated for removed bolts.

if you saw how many codes our Italian vehicles throw just by existing you'd lose your mind lol. my alfa would have 20-25 random stored codes at any point in time. same goes for a lot of our vehicles like the renegade or compass

generally if you aren't experiencing an issue and you've got no warning lights a code can be ignored as erroneous
Oh my God the Renegade yes my Renegade always had fucking codes I mean always even when nothing was wrong.

Also, there is nothing more expensive than a cheap Italian car.

Thank you so much to everyone! All of your input has helped me so much.
Keep the input coming! I love learning about everything related to this JL generation!
My beloved '08 Sahara was so easy! This '21 model is a whole new ballgame!
